Doula Trainings International Certified Postpartum Doula
I am a mother, certified postpartum doula, and currently pursing a Master's in Public Health. I began my career as a postpartum doula in Washington, DC and worked for two thriving businesses. In September 2025, my partner and I moved back to North Carolina to be closer to family, as we were expecting our first child. It is a privilege to provide postpartum services in my home state.
I offer compassionate physical and emotional support, and I am a dedicated advocate for each client. As a postpartum doula, I provide a calming, supportive presence during one of the most vulnerable times in my client's lives. I am here to ensure you feel nurtured and confident as you transition into life with your new baby, offering gentle hands-on help and informational support for you. Whether you need practical help or emotional processing, I am here to help you navigate the fourth trimester.
Furthermore, I deeply believe that every individual deserves an empowering postpartum experience, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or socioeconomic status.

What does postpartum support look like?
A postpartum doula supports you and your family in the weeks and months after birth, focusing on caring for you so you can care for your baby. They support your recovery with rest, nourishment, guidance; help with newborn care like diapering, soothing, and feeding; offer emotional support as you process your birth and postpartum experience; and provide light household help such as dishes, laundry, and simple meal prep so your home feels calmer. I’m also here for your whole family, partners and other caregivers included, so everyone feels more confident, informed, and supported during this transition.
Examples include:
- watching infant, while parent(s) rest, eat, shower
- light household tasks
- help processing birth story
- advice or instruction on baby products
- informational support and guidance on bathing, diapering, swaddling, and basic infant feeding
